Asparagus Pastries

12 asparagus
mayonnaise sauce

Once prepared, place the dough in a pastry bag with a nozzle 1/2 cm. in diameter. Make sticks measuring around 6 centimeters and place on a tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake in the oven at 180º for 20 minutes. Stuffing: Cut off the tips of the asparagus to match the size of the boats. Prepare your own mayonnaise or buy ready-made.

Presentation: Slice open the boats with a sharp knife and stuff with mayonnaise and asparagus.
